You do not need to request the same role again; this just helps us understand your experience.
Where Are You Open to Serving?
Which areas would you be open to serving in?
If you choose “FLEXIBLE,” you do not need to select anything else unless you want to. This simply lets us know you’re open to being placed where the need is greatest.
Guest Arrival / Front of House examples: check-in, welcoming guests, tour flow, and guest experience activities.
Preparation / Behind-the-Scenes / Post-Event examples: construction/set work, costumes, inventory/props, cleanup/storage, and guest follow-up.
Speaking or non-speaking preference helps us with placement; specific roles will be assigned by WTB leadership.
Children and youth are welcome to participate alongside their families. We ask that a parent or guardian also be serving and remain responsible for them throughout the event.
What Happens Next?
After responses are reviewed, WTB leadership will begin contacting volunteers about assignments and next steps.
